Description

Analyzed by Pearson correlation. Data of blood analytes were Ln transformed before analysis. r: correlation coefficient, p: significance. The significant p-values (<0.05) are marked as bold.1The length of the (main) active processed chain is resourced from the UniProt Knowledgebase (http://beta.uniprot.org/uniprot/).2Subjects used in the analysis with respect to fat mass measured at CID1 n = 78, at CID1 n = 73, and the fold change CID2/CID1 n = 60. For other analytes subjects n = 96.
